Albufeira is the Algarve’s most popular resort; it combines charm and sophistication with plenty of fun and superb holiday entertainment. In the New Town on the Eastern end of Albufeira, the equally popular sandy beach of Praia da Oura leads up to The Strip, famous for its vibrant nightlife where nightclubs, bars and restaurants come alive at dusk and in summer, pulsate until dawn. Holidaymakers can sunbathe on the many magnificent beaches flanking Albufeira and indulge in watersports from sailing and windsurfing to jet-skiing and parasailing. Those who venture inland will find a tranquil green countryside to explore, where little villages stand timelessly in the sun.

Apartments in Olhos d’Agua
Olhos d’Agua is a charming fishing village; the main street running down to the beautiful sandy beach where fishermen still launch their boats each day, and where the promenade is full of excellent restaurants overlooking the sea. Situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura, it is close enough to enjoy the facilities and attractions of both areas and is a great base from which to explore the Algarve. Its small and hospitable style is always welcoming and the summer season sees Olhos d’Agua burst into life whilst in the quieter months, the mood is more leisurely and peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from but the nightclubs and nightlife can be found in Albufeira. The area is a beach lover’s paradise where you can indulge in water sports, bask in the sun or dine on the sands. Nearby beaches include Praia da Falesia, Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia. Golf courses include Balaia and Pine Cliffs with Vilamoura golf courses just a few minutes away.

Galé boasts some of the finest beaches in the Algarve, from small shady coves and secluded beaches to long stretches of soft golden sands. There are many excellent restaurants and bars in the area and the nearest nightlife can be found in Albufeira Old Town, just 5 minutes away. Albufeira Marina nearby offers many watersports such as cruises, deep sea fishing, water skiing and para-sailing. Galé is also the perfect base from which to explore the Algarve with Zoomarine, Slide & Splash Water Park, Sir Cliff Richard’s Winery and Algarve Shopping all within an easy 10 minute drive.
